Could be the night vision mode which is on at daylight.
See if it helps if you switch this option off.

    Hi Storm
I had this one day with exact same model camera, but reboot sorted - but more than a little worried for future.
Apexis cameras used to be top class (I still have one on my garage which is 6 years old). I believe they have lost their way since those days - my order took nearly 3 weeks to be sent and we having this issue.
As John says I believe its either IR cut issue or filter.

    Hi
So we have established issue is IR cut? I wonder if this is software or hardware related and how dificult to sort out.
Please keep us updated though. In meantime I think it is important to avoid Apexis (Sumpple) until they sort out these quality issues.

    Hi
OK I also have Apexis /Sumpple dome cameras - same as Stormbreaker and the colour bleed is unbelievably bad - this one time good CCTV/security cam company has turned into a shocker with over priced lower spec than normal cameras that fail very quickly - I hope all the google bots on this forum pick this up.
    Avoid Sumpple / Apexis - #ipcamsthatsuck

Update - camera now as bad as Storm breakers avoid Apexis Sumpple they suck.
